Chuck LeMonds Album Release “Rain On My Parade”
It’s 3 weeks before 14th and my newest album “Rain On My Parade” will be released at this amazing concert venue in Lebring in the Süd-Steiermark.
I recorded 20 songs at my studio over the past 1 1/2 years and then mixed them and had them mastered at Rareform Mastering in Minneapolis, Minnesota by Greg Reierson who has mastered Prince, The Neville Brothers, Miles Davis, Grateful Dead, Johnny Cash, Muddy Waters,Keb Mo and many many more!
This album is an anthology of my work over the past 35 years. There are 6 new songs and then a curated selection of my songs written over the past 35 years. Songs that tell stories and paint pictures, of love, loss, and despair. But also songs that celebrate the great mystery of this life and all it’s beauty amidst the many cruelties and hardships that human must endure.
I invite you to be at my concert and let these poetic songs sweep over you and conjur up images that make you feel like you are at a movie watching a film on the open road.
Each song has a story. And these stories will be told. And then sung.
The renowned cook (more info below), Joana Gimbutyte, will be preparing delicious, maybe spicy, Tex-Mex food for after the concert.
There is no entry fee, but a donation basket if you choose to put something in it! All are welcome to enjoy the food as well!
BUT, because there is limited seating (80), you need to let us know that you will be coming, also so Joana knows how much food she will need.
